@chrismarmol8678 You would have to have a very good metabolism but as you get older usually you will get fatter if you eat them every day.

Well American food tends to be very unhealthy but in Europe there are ready meals British term for microwave dinners. Scotland also is fried based. Hot Dogs could originate from Germany.

@Shevchenkocss Yes balance I agree on, but most American foods are really bad for your health which is where things get really complicated since there is not a lot diversity in American cuisine most people eat fast food every day and consume all these sugary things which is why obesity is a problem there, it might be the fattest western country. It's really an industrialised country not just on food but many things which it's a capitalist country.
