  1. Not seen Hachi A Dog’s Tale, Where The Red Fern Grows, Old Yeller know premise and ending like with Marley and Me. I mean yes The Lion King it was obvious that would be top pick. That element to add some dramatic element in Disney film that was daring. The Neverending Story that was to add darkness in story though source material is already darker. The Land Before Time feels inconsistent I mean arguably that’s a sadder scene than The Lion King but I think this was done more subtly and it was already hinted that was the difference. War For The Planet Of The Apes I felt emotionally invested in the story.
