Not seen the tv show ones, I will say only ones that are considered bad that I have seen which I agree with are Fantastic 4, Daredevil, Batman and Robin, X-Men Wolverine Origins and Ghost Rider. Hulk I think is ok as with Batman Forever. Watchmen I like.
