  1. Why can’t I find any details on this ‘11 year old girl killed’ event….what were the circumstances who shot her was it cartel or gangs in a shootout? If so then this declaration is just garbage, it’s garbage anyway but I guarantee some citizen legally carrying down the street didn’t just draw and shoot an 11 year old, as they’re trying to make it sound like.
