WTF you mean, all these police departments are geared up like military going out on a Fallujah patrol, body armor, armored military vehicles, person training to take any dog walker down and shoot the dog probably also the person, oh but they can’t handle some armed Venezuelan gangs? They’ve just been told not to, and I’m sure they’re afraid because those guys will definitely fight you. Oh well cops have fun with the next escalation of it all!
