  1. I think most Americans are out there saying 'Wait, we were giving millions in aid to Ukraine? Well I don't agree with that in the first place so who cares if it may have been delayed!' ...which wasn't delayed anyway and as far as we know there was no quid or quo from Ukraine, so nothing happened and even if it had no one really cares.
