  7. @11I00OO1I0O1Il The problem is incredibly complex and is not restricted to any one country. I don't know the solution, but I believe it involves, education, mental health reform, drug reform laws, earlier intervention, acting on domestic violence, more government involvement, less reliance on charities (which are very crucial, but shouldn't be the only solution.) economic reforms, provision of cheap housing.. This is a sample, on a superficial level of how I would address the issue. What would you do?
