The questions should have included: Did he inflate the worth of his properties to get cheaper loans? Obviously yes. Who lost out?. The banks and there share holders. Did Trump pay his taxes on the valuations he gave to the banks? I think we all know the answer to that one. Does NY law allow the prosecution of fraud even if their are no complainants? Yes Why did Trump's CFO commit perjury doing the trial? Because he had established relationships with other inmates in his last prison sentence?
