  3.  @Butchsiek  But isn't California losing a Federal Representative because their population has dropped? Do you have evidence for you other claims? I take it you for some reason are discounting climate change. But if you evidence of that I would love to see your proof.

  4.  @Butchsiek  Are you making an argument for your district rather than the entire state? The amount of representatives a state has is dependent on their population. If the population decreases a representative maybe lost and the districts have to be altered. The same is true if a state gains a representative. As long as the restructuring is not done by gerrymandering then that is what the founders had in mind.
