In theory they can now withdraw 5 000.The money Trump demanded be spent on the border was already allocated in 2022. Mexico got a bonus with Trump promising to stop illegal gun smuggling. The same with Canada, every thing Trump demanded had already been delivered or was in the pipeline. What a dope he is.
