  2. @Fruit salad Your understanding of the freedom of speech in the US is incomplete. It only applies to the government. Corporations under the constitution are exempt. YouTube, as have all media corporations a term of conditions. If someone violates those conditions then they can be sanctioned. Whether you like that or not is irrelevant, as it does not violate the the 1st Amendment. On a different topic does CPAC violate the 2nd Amendment?
