  11.  @latt.qcd9221  That may be case in some circumstances, but what about the abusive fathers and husbands that cause their family to have to flee. Then there are fathers that just leave, or are Fifo, or the fathers that died, or any other reason you care to think of. It is far more nuanced then you singe claim.

  13. How about policies that help prevent juveniles committing crimes? It would be far more cost effective and not result in the subsequent trauma that the victims and those committing the crimes eventually have to live with.
