  18. You have cited three examples over 43 years. Underarm was legal but very ugly. It occurred because of one person who made an on the spot decision thus Cricket Australia's predecessor had nothing to do with it. Regarding Sandpaper Gate can you cite another national cricketing body that suspended it's own players for cheating? Thus you really only have one beef with Cricket Australia and it has nothing to do with sport.
