The only catastrophe is what took these people to risk their lives to get to the US. The vast majority will legally apply for asylum. I take it you have no empathy.

@rockk9753 The majority of the immigrants at the border are asking for asylum. They front at the border, don't cross it, until they have permission. That is the legal way. The best way to stop illegal immigration is to prosecute employers who hire them.
