The US is getting out of it much better than most countries and is now coming down. 13 Americans died during the Afghan withdrawal, a tragedy to be sure, but pales compared to the 100,000's that died during covid because of Trump's lies, inaction and incompetence. You obviously don't know US law. When selling oil the administration must sell it to the highest bidder. Can you name a single president who did not say they would govern for all Americans? Wrong.
