@syourke3 Why do you think it is the right thing for the American People? Won't it give ISIS a chance to regroup, and allow Russia and Iran to consolidate power in the Middle East? Isn't Trump part of the military industrial complex, given he has shares with them. Please provide evidence that the Democrats, CIA, CNN and the NY Times are against American interests. Don't know why you mentioned the TPP, but I think Trump rejecting it is one of the few good things he has done. Um, despite Republican voter suppression and Russian interference you will find that Clinton won by about 3 million votes.

@syourke3 Hartmann did not propose a theory but a hypothesis. You can reject by providing proof. If you don't believe in the so called Russiagate I can only suggest you get away from right wing news and go more mainstream.

@syourke3 You seem to be taking this personally as you are now attempting to ridicule me. I find this is typical when I ask apparent Trump supporters to defend their beliefs or statements. I have no control over what Hartman says. However, you have total control over defending your beliefs and statements. Yet you have not given any evidence for your beliefs.Why?

@syourke3 So you agree the invasion of Iraq was wrong? Good, something we agree upon. Russia doesn't threaten the US? Really what about the electoral interference? If Iran doesn't threaten the US why has Trump placed sanctions on it? ISIS being destoyed? Maybe territorially but not as a terrorist group. You need to provide proof that Israel demanded the US invade Syria and Iraq. Agree with your view on Libya. You have a heap of stuff from previous posts that you need to give evidence for. However I doubt that you will.

@syourke3 I agree that Iran is not a threat and they complied with the treaty. But why would Israel push for a war against Iraq when there main foes were Iran and Saudia Arabia. Bush's illegal war against Iraq ( for which he gave 3 different reasons) directly led to the formation of ISIS. Thus I believe the US should stay the course until ISIS is defeated. Hey I get it! You are a conspiracy theorist, but from a different angle, you believe Israel is pretty much responsible for everything. (including the Kennedy assassination?) They have enough to feel guilty about without putting blame on them for 9/11 and the Iraq war. With Russiagate I suggest we just wait and see, I mean it's not as if Trump and those connected to him have told any lies about Russia contacts. I mean they haven't, have they?

@syourke3 So you story is changing now. I was joking about Kennedy. Why has Trump and his minions lied about Russia? (How many questions is that you have now failed to answer?) The Steele dossier was originally paid for by a Republican supporter who changed his tune when Trump got the nomination. Whether the dossier is true or not is irrelevant, it has no impact, it should be pushing up daisies, it should cease to be. (with apologies to Monty Python). The FBI was investigating the Trump campaign before the dossier came out. To see whether there was collusion/conspiracy we will just have to wait till the Mueller investigation reports. As a lawyer why haven't you produced the evidence that I asked for umpteen posts ago?

Here goes: Hartmann is a fake progressive. Maddow is a fake progressive. Trump is not part of the of the military industrial complex. Trump is doing what he thinks is in the best interests of the American people. Hartmann's conspiracy theory is unsupported. The Democrats, CIA, CNN, NY Times are against US interests. Plus all your Israel conspiracies. Giving you one last chance. If you don''t respond I will chalk up another win against a Trump supporter. Haven't lost one yet.

@brandonzuniga6236 I agree that it was an illegal war. However if the American people didn't agree with the war, why was Bush re-elected. As a result of the war ISIS was created. They have not been defeated yet. The US should feel responsible to clean up it's mess. The catch 22 is that if the US stays, American soldiers, who were children when the war started may die, if the US leaves many more innocent civilians will die. There is no good solution.

@yzmey42113 Gidday, I am not a US citizen or resident. Your post makes sense. The problem, however is not black and white. If it is illegal for the US to be in Syria it is also illegal for Russia to be in Ukraine. You can't have international law work successfully if only one side abides by it or both sides ignore it. As in a previous post I am twist and between what happens if the US pulls out of Syria. However if the US does pull out at Turkey's request, then Turkey will probably break international law by attacking the Kurds in Syria. I don't know the solution. Do you?
