You have to fix the culture first and foremost and the mentality that you can't get ahead in life because everyone's against you. There has to be more strong male role models. There has to be an emphasis on education and getting ahead means you're not white. It means that you're doing something in your life positive. Clean up the neighborhoods and make them safe to walk around in. And people have to be encouraged to snitch without fear . There's been a narrative put out there that you can't trust cops when in reality more white people are killed by police, but you'll never hear that statistic. And if you could say there's more white people that's true. But again going back to statistics, a smaller demographic is committing more violent crime and murders.... Increase patrols with cops that look like cops and bring in the national guard. Coming from first hand experience dealing with it and growing up around it. I've experienced it first hand and seeing what it does. There needs to be a call from community leaders saying we've had enough. We want our schools better... We want parents to take responsibility for their children... For every school shooting which is rare, there are countless number of violent crimes and murders every day by the same perpetrators. Yes there are problems everywhere and not every person who is black is bad and no one ever said that. But there are no other communities that are going around shooting each other up killing each other and attacking other races as well as much as that one is. Also there is no privilege here and there's no such thing as white privilege. It's status privilege and money privilege. Color of my skin does not get me a job... Unlike others. Problems are happening all over the country as violent crime and murder has spiked and one demographic is in the forefront of all of it.

Poverty for example, in the Appalachians unfortunately has been generational and that's because while there's a wealth of resources there, the surroundings are not the most welcoming being far away from major cities with limited job resources and low pay and education system that is not on a high scale at all.
