  1. The substructure of subscription service and cable is problematic and structure of content quality expectations and network operational issues. When lots of people watch the same show at about the same time it’s better CDN utilization. Better quality delivered to the device. Now ATSC 3 and interactive TV and localized Over the Air two way content. Less costly than internet traffic delivery. Things will change.
