  1. What you are missing the use of current frequencies and extension of new lower frequency availability. This is mostly a US or North American deployment where millimeter wave is overshadowed extensive lower frequency utilization. Millimeter wave at much lower power will become an adjunct to WiFi in home and outside only in certain high density markets.
