  1. The reality is that the terrorists impacting globalized trade hurt themselves more than US actually elevating North America and even solving some South America problems. Russians, Chinese and NoKo destroy themselves demographically and trade wise. Stupid is as stupid does since we are geographically and demographically poised to thrive either way, but others are not.
