  1. At this point Russia is desperate as gas wells, oil wells and refineries begin to fail. Recovering the gas wells is on the edge of a decade or longer recovery. Russia was and is dependent Western Petroleum Services and engineering. Colorado, Wyoming and the Dakotas have a huge concentration of engineers. Yes, Texas figures in there too, but more concentration of services business. Colorado seems to have one of the highest concentration of Petroleum Engineers and new graduates except for Norway. gCaptain, a shipping trade, identified tanker shipping capacity along with multiple others including tanker specific news letters tell the story. There is not the capacity in tanker fleet to support serious Russia exports to Russia and China. The key is without service and support Siberia gas wells and they fail if flow rate not maintained. All of the industry needs service support and parts. Gas wells need care NOW!

  2. She’s concentrating too much on the minutia rather than support and engineering Russia depends on. It’s over. Much of the Russian infrastructure can not recover in less than ten years. She forgot cost of funds and access to capital. This is a VERY INADEQUATE SANCTION UNDERSTANDING. I’m totally unimpressed as an engineer and CEO. She apparently does not understand what’s happening on oil services and engineering. Her shipping data is out of sync with shipping industry trades. Her cost of production is not for heavy Russian oil, but Texas Sweet Crude. Wow, this is bad and sounds more like Russian propaganda.

Why does not examine the most recent Princeton University Economics? Great detail ignored on petroleum business. Russian workers are hardly competent after another Ukraine nuclear disaster. Putin has destroyed Russia a a global business player. From steel, to materials, to petroleum to nuclear Putin has unwound Russia, not Ukraine.
