  2. Johnathan, you seem a bit clueless on the larger issues. We’re prepared to get into Ukraine more than one gigawatt of power generation into Ukraine. Corruption on the margins remains an issues, even in the military, even with great innovation. The old Soviet military issues remain problematic to some degree. These are challenges. One thing still is difficult is doing business and getting appropriate deals done with confidence of complete integrity on a large scale.
