This blah blah autocratic comment on democracies is wearing thin…I’m very familiar CCP and Russia propaganda and it seems like you are adopting the “backsliding” narrative of the CCP and Russia. The rise of the Administrative State as a stand in for “democracy” is frankly abhorrent. Language of the AS is straight out of the Soviet linguistic playbook from the late 50s and 60s. It is not democracy, arbitrary rules based administrators. They are not democratic or representative in accountability, but autocratic. The “Ruled Based Order” is right out of the KGB in the 60s and a series of planned infiltrations on the West. You should dig deeper because you are spreading the opposite of what the language is really routed in for decades. William F Buckley addressed this very issue of the use of “law” which you can see in both PRC and RF. The Rules Based Order is arbitrary without a moral compass. Sadly, it did begin to enter in Breton Wood and Yalta. You fail to acknowledge the shades of communist totalitarian compromise now infecting Western thinking. Rules without moral foundation are easily malformed, twisted and bent. You end up back dooring oligarchs and autocrats through the administrative state.
