  3. Greenland and Canada were and are a part of the NORAD early warning system. The US interest does protect Ukraine and Europe. Canada has specific NORAD obligations that have not maintained. Trump sees the opportunity both in commerce and security for our allies. The same is true with our Panama treaties which we dropped the ball on as well.
