  4. I’m not suggesting Joe doesn’t understand freedom, but I think Johnathan gives too much “rule of law” credibility to the administrative state at times. We only have to look at how technocracy leads to autocracy in both Russia and China, but then they had no foundation of freedom to begin with. We must recapture the essence of Freedom that Ukraine demonstrates in the West again.
