Your work is getting plain sloppy because you making assumptions on all the 11 million not universally true. 1/3 to 1/2 have existing deportable charges not requiring trial, but immediate discharge. Sloppy bub! Sloppy assumptions about the population that are not universally true. You’re becoming less and less reliable as a source. I’m disappointed. I don’t know if it’s your politics or just bad research. Clearly, researcher had ignorance of some history too. I grew up in Cali near boarder and really so factual errors there too. Generalizations account for part of what you say, but poorly done, in my opinion. I did research on subject for debate decades ago.

  6. @ any crime detainer allows for immediate discharge. No trial for assumed for asylum. Ryan makes a foolish claim not understanding 11 million have criminal charges of a variety of determined at detention process. So buh bye, adios this ICE process does not require a trial. Asylum seekers are different and that is anther 12 million, but most will self deport because they can lose the right to legally immigrate to US. Ryanisky doesn’t understand nor have correct numbers.
