Putin’s “savvy” has destroyed business opportunity in the billions and has become seen as completely untrustworthy for business. Trump redefined NATO into more secure business relationships, but Putin has destroyed rule of law for small business too based on our man in Russia reports who is a small business investment banker. Sadly Putin owns little of his energy tied in bonds and defaults in China and French operating company runs Siberian operation with major interest in it and pipelines while Koreans have leases on LNG shipping. Bummer! Not quite the thing you thought it was because Putin didn’t have cash or tech while French had to rely on US to supply tech.
