  1. With essentially functionally bankrupt banking system about 3 weeks ago the PBOC went to the Federal Reserve Bank for assistance with their liquidity and inadequate reserve problems. The Fed did agree to “some” assistance, but at some point at the PRC Great China Ponzi Scheme will collapse. It is on the edge now it not over hanging by a thread. Can it afford the chip industry? Can it afford food?
