  2. Fukuyama’s understanding is not very complete, leftist colored. Russia has been an oppressor of ethnic groups of nearly 70. Russia is dead demographically as is Putin, dead man walking, dead Russia. China dead demographically, he’s an idiot on China and must not know much economically. The interviewer is also ignorant.
