  2.  @yellowcard7139  the infrastructure has been built out in US over the last three years. Many facilities revamped and nearing production capability. This includes Australia and Malaysia as well. China’s subsidized grip broken by its PBOC and regionals $90 Trillion in debt.

  3. China’s refining and manufacture of rare earth is an ecological nightmare ignored by ecologists. US and Australia can ramp up quickly, and are to replace China.
