  1. Professor, you may not be an economist, but China’s real debt is over $400 Trillion. SOE’s in some areas are behind paying employees. Russia is near collapse economically as they consider taking Russian’s savings in banks over $13,300! Soviets won’t come back to power since it’s more likely it’s over.
