  1. My aid is Ukrainian, but I see the Soviet “corruption” in the little things she does. The little “fudges” she does reflect taking advantage and self serving at times. As a Christian I shake my head, she claims the same, but still there are “palm greasing” tendencies especially if they’re around “Russians” morality is bent. This includes sexually, in business and view if government.
