There is liquidity problem is real, to be sure created by Citadel and Sequoia Capital(investment stake) Robinhood was supposed to have an IPO which is DOA, now they have to consider the DTC is having liquidity problems BECAUSE THESE WERE NAKED SHORTS and it appear to be illegal.
