  1. What you are forgetting that in WW2 supplies poured in from Allies to USSR. Russia doesn’t have that now. It just defaulted on a major Chinese loan as well as others. It was mostly new equipment and Russia was in a different place. Now Ukraine enjoys the allied support of weapons and tactical intelligence. SO...unlike WW2 Ukraine is the downtrodden with drive and fire in the belly.

  2. Thanks, Peter for the insight, but my business is communication infrastructure on a global scale. I largely agree with much of your assessment. We are about to embark on not re-globalizing, but communication and transaction infrastructure that just may change many things positively. Energy is the key, Ark Invest discussion you had made that clear. That is my position. The collapse of China and soon Russia will bring about opportunities. Federation and reorganization of business infrastructure technologically, but not quite so Pollyanna as the Ark invest guys.

  3. As someone who deals with infrastructure and microprocessor development along with India. I beg to differ that India will do well. Corruption is horrific limiting many business opportunities and harming Indians the most. Modi has done little to address this along with fostering ethnic and religious tensions to benefit him politically. I thought he’d move in a better direction, but hadn’t. Indian brain drain has increased to US, Canada and many other countries in the last 3-4 years.

Facebook the same some gaming hardware. I disagree on Tesla looking at their financials since it has not been subsidies in the last few quarters spring-boarding performance and high gross margins. Tesla does does have its challenges, but its performing better than it should considering its poor customer service. The key innovation ignored by big tech is evolving concept of self sovereignty coming from bitcoin and Lightning Network. This signals tech move to the “network edge” and new Internet converged communication and liquidity in instant movement of resources and ownership. This unwinds authoritarians and Government over reach. It’s celebrated in Music Videos from SE Asia to SA to even Russia as a new youth movement evolves embracing freedom. It’s global. These movements will unwind structures and stifling of individual freedom and potential. It signals the de-evolution of big tech to new innovation and federation.
