  2. This why Russia’s gold is meaningless and their commodities in energy are declining. They are low on totem pole because they don’t add value to commodities so they are a low value nation. Still soviet era thinking without adding value or than the commodity. Russia’s gold is in part derivative and no commodity backing it up. Competing claims on same gold reduces its value.
