Unfortunately, after decades of Putin's propaganda, Russians have already been brainwashed beyond any hope of recovery in the near future, they are already united in their support for Putin's war. Russians were already told that they fight NATO forces when Ukrainians kicked Russian butts in major cities (Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Kherson).   7. Ivan, open dictionary and learn what "warmonger" means: Warmonger - "a person who encourages or advocates aggression towards other countries or groups." Russia is the aggressor in this war, so Russians are the warmongers who advocate their aggression towards Ukraine.

  8. Everybody got their own goal. Russia wants to legalize its loot, and buy time to better prepare and strike again later. Ukraine and the West want to restore borders and peace broken by Russia in 2014. Peace will be restored when all Russian invaders are back in Russia. Until then there is nothing to negotiate except POW exchanges.

As far as NATO helping Ukraine to defend itself, no need to send any troops, only Airforce. Ukrainians are not asking for any troops anyway.
