But Russia can't move its nukes to Cuba - that is a threat. The US issued a public warning when they had proof of Soviet missiles in Cuba, and resolved this issue via diplomacy. But Russia had nothing, was publicly denying plans to invade Ukraine, and cowardly attacked to steal territory. That's the difference between good and evil.
