With all the huge advantages in numbers and technology, Russian Airforce proved to be pathetic since they still don't control Ukrainian skies, and mostly toss glide bombs over the fence. It did seem like Russians were fighting with shovels when they were defeated and fled from major cities Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Kherson. As far as individual weapons, you simply don't understand what "game changer" means. For example, look at the recently annihilated Russian convoy in Kursk People's Republic, obviously HIMARS was a game changer when compared to old Soviet systems used by Ukraine.
