  8. Ivan, if Russia really wanted to negotiate, Russia would not cowardly start this war in 2014. Plus, Russia already broke Minsk agreements immediately after agreed upon ceasefire (Feb 15) by continuing to attack Ukrainian town Debaltseve and capturing it on Feb 18, 2015.
