  1. Kadyrov knows that the Russian Empire in its current form is doomed. And since he has many enemies, after Putin's departure he will have to fight not only for power, but also for his own life. Kadyrov is not at all interested in taking part in military actions and losing his army, because he will need it during the collapse of Russia.
