  1. Apparently communities allow the operations of golf carts on roads, even though they're illegal and unsafe, they meet no. DOT Safety requirements, I could even bet the lighting isn't up to par. Yes the drunks at fault but don't be stupid with these golf carts and side-by-sides, your life could depend on it.

  11. I still highly suspect, probably buy drugs and rent a car to go back was the plan, but I don't see where they have the jurisdiction to try to interfere with interstate commerce I can see if these were international flights with money
