Stonewall, other political organisations, put in place social engineering targets (like ESG) that are nothing to do with the business function, just ideology. This is why democracy doesn't work anymore as unlected activists / charities are working with corporations to determine what you can say, your freedoms, and control access to services based on ideological scoring
