  1. ​You need to understand ratios. They do it more on a per captia basis, and mass rape gangs are imported. E.g. One could walk past a 1000 men of another community and be safe, yet walk pasta 100 from this particular comunity and have real issues. Also why are you trying to defend it??  @Mjbeswick
