  2.  @Ike-un6mc  If they share common cultural values and want to preserve them and its people. The birth place is less important than sentitment. Stammer for instance I'm assuming was born in the UK but cleary despises it.

  3.  @Ike-un6mc  Ethinicity is self evident. Culturally means you actually like the people, culture and history. Sentitment is most important. For instance Stammer is ethnically from the UK, but clearly doesn't like the people or culture...
