Being gay gets you special treatment at work, school, in tthe media, you're own special month, special treatment from the police, NHS etc. If it weren't for the nasty bit, who wouldn't want to be gay these days?

@jamesw2414 It wasn't that bad either, they still held sway in the media / pop culture etc. As long as they weren't overt no one really minded ... unlike now, where pretty much everything has to be gay in some way or other.

@djdoolittle1315 Speak for yourself! You do realise your life style isn't conducive with Islam (which you've also shown you are fan of) - how do you square that circle?

@jamesw2414It wasn't that bad in the 80's, queer folk weren't forced down salt mines, and were fetted in the media / films etc. However they were treated does not justify the supremacy they enjoy today
