@James-jl4jt No need to be rude! Google is the last place to want to go for a rational (non partisan) answer! There is the original definition (being 'woke' to social injustice), and there is the version that most normal recognise and use as a pejorative - intolerant, anti-scientific, ahistorical, identitarian marxist ideology. There isn't a single authorative definition, but many woke people claim there is because they know the importance of controlling language and shutting down debate. In the context of this thread, the CoE and other denominations are woke in being anti white / western, and excessively in favour LGBTQP over the scriptures

@James-jl4jt I do and help out with community events. The congregation hasn't changed, but the 'message' has got a lpt more political and partisan.
