  2.  @Adwoa_100  Indeed, but look at 'distributions', frequencies, context, all the parameters etc. to see the real magnitude of a problem before making a compariosn: Football hooliganism, whilst certainly shameful, is very contextual, low frequency, and often restricted to where and who it effects. Antisocial behaviour on the other hand is much more wide spread, effects innocents much more so, and the perps aren't restricted to being football fans ...
