@sammic7492 I totally agree with your first sentence, but a lot of women who call themselves 'feminists' support it and call out people like Kelly Jay Keen as 'Terfs'. However, it is equally bad to use terms like 'toxic masculinity', to ignore the real misogyny of islam, or pretend that there no differences between the sexes

@sammic7492 then we are in accord, except re: Islam. I too lived and worked in the ME. There is now way I accept that it is a good religion. The moderates you talk about are doing it inspite of islam (i.e. they are either secularists or not very islamic). The religion is very clear about the roles of men and women

@littlecatfeet9064 I think you'll find the 'patriarchy' gave women safe spaces back in the day (you're welcome btw). Its strong modern wamman 'feminists' such as Nicoal Sturgeon, May etc. who have decided 'women' can have penises! As I say modern feminism is both misoganistic and misandrist at the same time. Real women's rights campaigners are ladies like Kellie Jay Keen and I believe she eschews the teem 'feminism' for the same reasons
