@aaronaaronson7600 I was part joking! Discrimination against race is wrong, but certain cultures are not compatible, and ignoring those elements isn't helpful . If you are against racist legislation, and racism, guessing you think DEI / 'positive' discrimination (enabled by the equality act) is wrong then?

@aaronaaronson7600 Anecdotal. Here is my anecdote: I've seen it both discriminate and water down meritocracy. Some facts: the recent scandals (RAF, BBC, NHS etc.) clearly show it is discriminatory. If you are genuinely against racism, you should be colour blind and realise DEI etc. is counter productive.
