  10.  @standsintherain1  You do realise then that there isn't a single country that would be exempt? As for repentance, every PM we've ever had has apologised in one way or another. How do I feel? I don't do historic revisionism / traduction or guilt as therin lies madness. I don't feel guilty about what others have done (or percieved to have done) nor do I believe in an eye for a eye. History isn't simple or straight forward and I think its dangerous to use it to signal virtue in the present or use it to justify your racism.

I don't think historic traduction or relativism is helpful - those that do it cherry pick, ignore other histories (like yourself) and do it to make political hay or virtue signal in the present. Britain's history is no worse than anyone elses, probably better than most.

I have no problem with British history, as I said I don't do historic relativism or traduction, its pointless, BUT if pressed then I say we were no worse than others, better than most. We we more benevolent than other empires and like other empires left good things behind. The science, technology, democracy, rule of law etc. all legacies of the Empire. Jog on you racist.

  32. Considering the IDF is already operating within the law this kangeroo show trial was a waste of time. At least they recognised Hamas needs to release the hostages. Poor old anti-semitic BBC didn't get the results it wanted, so that's also a plus!
